2026 PGA Scramble presented by BMW Instagram Giveaway – Official Rules
IMPORTANT: Please read these Official Rules before entering the PGA Scramble presented by BMW Instagram Giveaway (the “Contest”) presented by the PGA of Canada (the “Sponsor”). By entering the Contest, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules. These Official Rules shall govern in the event of any inconsistency with other Contest-related materials. The PGA of Canada is the sole sponsor of this Contest, which is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or BMW.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Entrants must have a public Instagram profile. Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Limit one entry per person. Void where prohibited or restricted. Employees of the Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.
ENTRY PERIOD:
The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. EDT on May 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on May 10, 2026.
HOW TO ENTER:
1 entry: Follow @pgaofcanada AND @pgascramble on Instagram and tag three (3) friends or teammates in the giveaway post.
Bonus entries: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story to earn two (2) additional entries.
Entries must be submitted manually. Automated entries or bots will result in disqualification.
The Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or inaccurate information
- Lost, late, or misdirected entries
- Technical malfunctions or errors
- Damage caused by viruses or system failures
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content will be disqualified. If posting a photo, you must own the photo or have permission from the photographer and all individuals appearing in it.
PRIVACY POLICY:
All submitted information is subject to the PGA of Canada’s Privacy Policy.
PRIZES:
One (1) winner will receive one (1) complimentary foursome entry (green/cart fees included) to a 2026 PGA Scramble presented by BMW Local Qualifier at a top public course in their area (course selected later).
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $750 per prize.
No prize substitutions or cash alternatives except at the Sponsor’s discretion. All taxes are the responsibility of the winners.
WINNER SELECTION:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected on or around May 11, 2026 from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received. Winner will be contacted via comment and/or direct message on Instagram and must respond within 7 days with full contact information.
Winner will also be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question to qualify. If a winner cannot be reached, fails to respond in time, or is ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
DISCLAIMERS:
By participating, entrants agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, and their affiliates from any and all liability. Winners consent to their name being used in promotional materials without further compensation (unless prohibited by law).
This Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, sitting in Toronto.
Québec residents: Any dispute concerning the conduct of this Contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux. Prize disputes may also be submitted for mediation.
